Although we do currently have two specific vacancies.  Due to the flexibility of our training methods, location is not a problem and we can offer opportunities on either a full or part-time basis.

Current Vacancies:

Funding Administrator

Southernhay, Exeter.
Salary: £27,293 pro-rata
Hours: 25 hours per week ideally split over 4 or 5 days (Flexible schedule options available)
Location: Hybrid (Mix of home and office working to be discussed)
Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent

Job Description

We are looking for a pro-active and friendly person to join our small and friendly Apprenticeship and Compliance team. You will provide Administration support within the team to ensure our Apprentices have a smooth onboarding experience.

This role is perfect for someone enjoys admin and possesses a keen eye for detail. You will help to ensure our apprentices are seamlessly onboarded, tracked, and compliant from day one.

Experience working within an administrative background is essential. Previous experience in apprenticeships, education or funding would be beneficial but certainly not essential. We will provide training to ensure you feel comfortable with your role.

Main Duties

  • Ability to input data accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to learn new software systems and spreadsheets quickly.
  • Ability to be reactive and pro-active, manage multiple tasks and changing deadlines.
  • Ability to handle phone calls and support emails in a clear, helpful way.
  • Ability to work using your own initiative and troubleshoot any issues.

About you

Skills required

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications to include; Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook and Office 265 (Sharepoint)
  • Minimum of Grade C/4 English and ability to write clearly and professionally.
