Vicky Conibear

Learner Support Assistant

I started my career in retail but then joined the Civil Service as an Administrative Officer.  This gave me the opportunity to gain a variety of work experience through a wide range of duties.  After 27 years I decided that I was ready for a new challenge and a change of working environment and went to work as an Administrator for a Charity who provided care for people in their own homes. I really enjoyed my role with them until sadly I was made redundant.

In my spare time I enjoy cycling with my husband on our Tandem.  I also like going to the gym.  I have an allotment and, in the summer, spend time picking fruit and vegetables and then finding different recipes to make use of them.  I love reading and have a particular weakness for murder mysteries.
