Accountancy Learning are holding a Virtual Open Day on Tuesday 20 October 2020. The aim of the day is to provide guidance and support on what is involved in being an accountant, the opportunities it covers, the type of work you could be doing and of course, the qualifications you will need to succeed.
Every business needs to manage their finances, from a local accounting firm to football clubs and film studios! Accountancy is a varied career, whether you work in industry, practice or the public sector.
You can start your finance career with our Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Distance Learning courses or via our AAT Accounting Apprenticeships.
We’d love to hear from anyone who is interested in accounting as a career, whether you are a school or university leaver or if you are looking for a change of direction in your career.

We have split the day into four live online sessions, each one run by one of our AAT Tutors or Operations Team. During the sessions you will:
- Find out more about the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and their qualifications
- Learn about our AAT Apprenticeships and our Talent Programme
- Learn about our AAT Distance Learning courses and how they can work around you, your family and other commitments, such as a full time job!
- Discover the different job prospects you can get into with AAT
Throughout the day our staff will be on hand to give advice on the best route for you and how studying with Accountancy Learning could see you progress through your studies and achieve your AAT qualifications.
