Joe joined Francis Clark Truro straight from A levels in August 2024, working diligently through his Level 3 and Level 4 apprenticeships, successfully completing both in just over 2 years. Joe worked hard on his learning material, always being very structured with his study days and doing any additional work at home when necessary. He is very self-motivated and has passed all exams first time, achieving super results. Joe has developed in competence and confidence considerably during his apprenticeship and is working very well with his role at Francis Clark, willing to take on extra duties and has taken himself out of his comfort zone to volunteer in the community.
