Bradley Goldsworthy

Talent Programme and Internal Training Manager

I’ve spent the past 14 years working across the further education, skills and training sector, building a career that brings together teaching, consultancy, safeguarding leadership and quality assurance. My experience covers a wide range of roles, including tutor, recruitment manager, education consultant, safeguarding lead, governance member for a small training provider, and quality improvement specialist.

Throughout my career, I’ve taught and assessed business‑related programmes, supported learners at all levels, and led on safeguarding and compliance. I’m a qualified teacher, assessor, IQA and Lead IQA, with a strong track record in raising standards, supporting teams and ensuring high‑quality learning experiences.

I’m genuinely committed to the education and skills sector. High standards, strong governance and creating environments where learners and apprentices can thrive are important to me. Helping people unlock their potential is what keeps me motivated.

I live in Exeter, and when I’m not working, you’ll usually find me out on Dartmoor or exploring new places. I also enjoy painting with acrylics and have recently taken up Padel, which has quickly become a favourite hobby.

My Motto:

Everything begins with your mind. Changing your mindset will change your world.
