I have proven myself an outstanding communicator and highly successful professional in Further Education, working in a variety of roles. I have worked collaboratively to provide first class teaching and learning in the sector, having played key roles in numerous innovative projects, and worked alongside international organisations such as Ministry of Education Ghana.
I am passionate about developing people: whether through teaching in the classroom or empowering and supporting my colleagues. I aim to motivate and inspire others to transform their practice and I am hungry to embrace new technologies and initiatives to see my department grow.
