AAT Approved Exam Locations and Availability
We have two AAT approved exam locations: venues in Exeter and Plymouth in Southwest England and in addition to our own students, we also accept external candidates who wish to sit their AAT exams with us.
Exam sittings can vary depending on the venue, so please fill out the contact form (on the right), call us on 01392 244046 if you would like to book an exam in Plymouth, 01392 244047 for Exeter, or email us for the most up-to-date availability.
Our administration/invigilation fee (VAT inclusive) for external candidates is £30 , this is discounted to £15 for our students.
We accept exam bookings for both Computer Based Tests (CBTs) and Computer Based Projects (CBPs).

Booking an AAT Exam:
We normally prefer one to two week’s notice, although we regularly have free exam slots, so it is well worth phoning us to check availability (even if it is a few days before your proposed exam date – you may well be in luck!)
If you are an external student and are studying on the AQ2013 Syllabus, please complete this Exam Booking Form (you can edit this on your computer). If you are studying on the AQ2016 Syllabus, please complete this Exam Booking Form. Once completed, please return your Exam Booking Form to us at email@example.com. This form includes details such as your AAT Membership Number, Date of Birth etc, which is required in order for us to book your exam.
Computer based assessment, examination and invigilation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. These fees will be lost if the candidate does not attend their agreed exam date and time, this include fees payable to the AAT. If you wish to change or cancel your booking we require a minimum of 5 working days’ notice. If a candidate cancels two or more assessments Accountancy Learning reserves the right to charge an additional cancellation fee of £30, or prevent further exam bookings being made.
